  • $35.00 per man hour plus foam, fabric, dacron, webbing, etc.

    CLEANING OF CHAIRS
  • Basic charge $35.00, love seats and sofas based on size, type and materials. Most silks and stains are not cleanable. Additional charges for leather cleaning and oiling.
    ASSEMBLY, DISASSEMBLY AND INTEROFFICE FURNITURE MOVES,
    LOCK REPAIRS AND OTHER RELATED MECHANCIAL REPAIRS
  • $48.00 per man hour, portal to portal plus parts and related taxes.
    One hour minimum charge. Time and a half rates apply to after hours and Saturday work and double time on Sundays and Holidays. Additional shop time and/or labor charges may apply for usual pieces. Heavy pieces or custom fabrication and installation of parts.
New furniture sales based on market pricing. Our effort is to provide quality furniture at a
respectable price and to stand behind the product.

Due to the nature of this work, and the availability of parts and obsolete series of furniture,
pricing may vary respectively with each individual job.

Additional furniture and office-related work quoted upon request.

All prices are plus appropriate taxes and shipping charges on materials.
